“Wuthering” is an artist’s book meant to explore the
question of what constructs a person’s identity. Is an
identity something that is purely mental in nature or is there
a physical part at play? If it is both mental and physical in its
construction, is it an even split, or does one play more of a
part than the other? Using my experience with a
stress-induced seizure to explore these questions, I invite the
reader to come to their own conclusion. “Wuthering”, while
a personal narrative, is a work that is also meant to promote
philosophical discussion. It does not present an answer,
instead, it seeks to aid in the development of one.
