Reflection

1.       Technology enabled me to be able to gather inspiration for my artwork because of all the possibilities that are opened up by using adobe illustrator and Photoshop. It makes it a lot easier to gain sources of inspiration to create art work. In my project I was able to draw inspiration for my design by looking at the artwork of others who did something similar to gain ideas which would be a whole lot harder without the internet and technology.

 

2.       If technology didn’t exist the process of making my picture would be a lot harder longer and drawn out and would consist of a lot of measuring and scrapping before creating a final piece. Photoshop and illustrator were essential in the process of creating my project none of it would hardly have been possible especially on a short timeline to complete it.

 

 

3.       Technology enables me to learn from other artists by being able to use resources like Pinterest where I can go and view similar work from other artists so that I may improve upon my own artwork. I can also use Behance to do basically the same thing and look at profiles of other artists who are much better than I am so that I can use techniques that they have used. I can also use resources like YouTube to watch tutorials on how to create different effects in my own artwork.
