Background information:
The following project was a personal project that I created to practice design and animation skills.
It was created in December of 2022 using Adobe After Effects.
Design Process:
I first started off with text and added some simple animations as it enters and exits view.
The text "Welcome to animation" is just a placeholder. This type of design can be used to create animated logos, lyric videos, and much more.
After I was satisfied with the animation of the text, I experimented with different types of backgrounds.
I thought that the particle background looked best (right) especially with added motion so I chose to keep it.
Next, I created a line animation to give the project more design and appeal.
Finally, I created a transition to the end of the project that made the background particles loop when the project is replayed. This gave the final animation the ability to be looped and still look satisfying.
