Minimalist Oriental
Home owner is a single man and decided to have renovation as the father planned to stay with him, so he let the father to choose which room he’ll going to use. They decided to combine two rooms become one for his father. The father belongings also is going to allocate inside the house. It’s an oriental vintage furniture and paintings.
This house is an old condominium that built in 1998 with 1400 sqft which included 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 1 storage/ maid room.
All renovation that was made have been approved by the management. During designing, there’s few constraint that have to be faced, such as the budget, the structure, the plumbing and the height of the beam.
Demolition part :
1. All window’s grilles and windows
2. Bathroom floor, wall and ceiling
3. Kitchen’s sink plumbing relocation
4. Kitchen floor tiles and floor levelling
5. The entrance door & balcony’s sliding door
6. Air conditioner, wiring & power socket
