The project aims to convert an existing building into a multi-functional building including as a main purpose the new police station together with some civic spaces.
The proposal seeks to create a new plaza to bring some human quality and character into this industrial area. The building has been conceived as a very rational piece of machinery powered by several passive and active sustainability strategies resulting in a very honest and efficient building.
The views wanted to capture the beauty behind it's simplicity, focusing on the high quality design and urban space.
