The Güipas Festival will take place in the municipality of Melgar - Tolima, (Colombia) is an event that has been held annually in the municipality, born from the need to establish spaces that encourage dialogue between different expressions of muralism and graffiti. Taking urban art to remote territories is the main motivation for carrying out this project. ❤️
