Sueño Wayak is small apartment building project located in Tulum Mexico in a 985sqm size plot. It is compound of 15 units each range from 45-60sqm in interior surface. The architectural layout is arranged in 4 blocks surrounding a central pool area. The brief of this project was to create a modern style building made out in harmony with nature and built with regional materials.
