Volkswagen - 30 years in China
Director: Erwin van den Ijssel
Production Company: PanicProgram
Executive Producer: Jules Tervoort
Animation: Doma Harkai
Edit & PP: Donat Ertsey

The PanicProgram were asked to help celebrate 30 years of Volkswagen in China by creating a film charting the growth and accomplishments of the automobile brand. Ploughing through hours of archive company footage, director Erwin van den IJssel was able to compose key moments in time intercut by his own fresh, contemporary motion graphic visual direction. The film was broadcast to employees in China and used at various automobile trade events.

Disney XD - Chain Reaction idents
Director: Erwin van den Ijssel
Production Company: PostPanic
Executive Producers: Ania Markham, Jules Tervoort
2D artists: Doma Harkai, Donat Ertsey

PanicProgram@PostPanic director Erwin van den IJssel was asked by DisneyXD Netherlands to create a series of channel idents to promote the Dutch channel's summer theme of 'Chain Reactions'.
Erwin decided to build story-based chain reactions which were crafted entirely out of objects kids could find at home. The joy he wanted to capture was that of being able to build things that your parents would raise their eyebrows at (hence the flying squeezy-bottle heron and exploding sports-field). The heros of the idents are the kids themselves - cut out of snapshot photos and placed on cardboard figures. Disney XD also specified that the idents must have a Dutch 'feel' so objects were carefully made from subtely recognisable materials and products, such as the various food tins and bottles, chip boxes for football goals and traditional Dutch biscuits.

Philips Automotive - Brand Film
Director: Phil Robson
Production Company: PostPanic
Executive Producer: Liene Berina
Animation supervisor: Erwin van den Ijssel
Animation: Doma Harkai, Donat Ertsey

Continuing in the theme of PostPanic and Philips product films, director Phil Robson took on the challenge of communicating highly technical LED lighting products produced specifically for the automobile industry by Philips Automotive. A fine balance between product information and a visual direction creative enough to keep the most cynical viewer captive, Phil conjoured up an aesthetic mix of sleek motion graphics and communication design.

TEDx Amsterdam Trailer 2013
Director: HeyHeyHey
Production Company: PostPanic / HeyHeyHey
Executive Producers: Ania Markham & Jules Tervoort
Producer: Liene Berina
Senior Producer: Annejes van Liempd
PostProduction: PostPanic

PostPanic directing duo, HeyHeyHey, create a stylish trailer for the TEDx event coming up in Amsterdam next month. 'We’ve tried to tell a story without telling an actual story. It’s all about encounters, connections, everyday life, a book and a goldfish, but not really', explain HeyHeyHey cryptically.
Inspired by the Charles Eames quote, 'We work because it's a chain reaction, each subject leads to the next'.
The trailer focuses on a roundabout motion which introduces random characters with individual stories who intersect without realising, to create 'positive twists and new influences' - themes which tie into the TEDx experience. As HeyHeyHey explain, 'free will and chance become mutually reinforcing'.

Amsterdam agency newcomers Meanwhile asked the PanicProgram to help them showcase the new denim collection across C&A’s extensive international store network.
