Ever since, I joined NFT, I’ve taken my health for granted. I don’t move my body that much. I sleep very less. I know some people say “we don’t sleep, we work all the way” but the truth is NO! If you don’t take your health seriously, you’ll eventually fall down forever.

The smart watch is representing me. I should exercise regularly and get enough sleep.
