All brands compete for consumer attention during the New Year holidays. We have developed a special project for Absolute Realty to help them stand out from the many marketing activities of other brands.

We created a special project with eye-catching

3D animation and concept of service

that generates customizable greeting videos.

The festive atmosphere of the project is supported by a cheerful script, which also integrates the brand into the plot of the video:

Both the Corgi and the Kitten want to congratulate the viewer, but they have only one gift. Trying to be the first person who gives it to the viewer, they chase each other around the apartment complex while showing off its advantages: apartments, adjacent territory, forest, lake, neighbors.

In the end, they understand it is much easier to pack and present a gift together - this is how we emphasize the idea of coming together on winter holidays.

In addition to direct coverage, this project brought something new into Absolute Real Estate marketing! The Corgi and the Kitten became branded mascots for many activities and promotional campaigns related to winter holidays that year. They appeared in the office, sales departments, common spaces of apartment complexes, and were used on different social media platforms and in promotional materials.
