COCKS & COWS — REFRESH BRAND IDENTITY



BACKGROUND
The original cocktail bar and burger restaurant combo! 

Everything from the beef patties to the organic fries are made with pure passion, providing you with a true burger experience – shaken up with a cosmopolitan twist. A twist that combines carefully crafted cocktails and perfectly grilled burgers – A true success! 

Good Burgers Are Good Company – The C&C sustainability philosophy means that we use 100% homemade ingredients, aside from a few exceptions that just can’t be topped. E.g. 'Hellmann’s Original Mayo’, which is a mandatory part of a true burger experience.


SOLUTION
The highly distinctive and speculative name of the restaurant group needed its own unified identity. Previous attempts to create consistent communication ended only in visual aspects. We created a voice of brand for the purposes of communication, campaigns and content creation. We refreshed the brand’s identity to be more temporal and related to the lifestyle of the target group. We took care of a consistent image from packaging, creative texts and up to the design of the website. We encapsulated everything in a comprehensive brandbook.

A BAG FULL OF
The post-pandemic period has shown that a very important branding element for restaurants is take-away packaging. The numerous couriers moving around the city with gray bags became hardly noticeable. We opted for a strong accent of color to make the „yellow bag” associated in Copenhagen with the best burgers and fries in Copenhagen.




C&C COPY STYLE
Characteristic of the creation of the visual identity was the reference to a very over-the-top brand name. The power of the message and the fun that C&C is known for combined into interesting and creative solutions with slogans that can be seen in all graphic materials.




C&C UNIFORMS

UX/UX Designs
Our goal was to design a comprehensive UX strategy for all restaurants and units with a coherent design system. We prepared spiffy solutions like animated noisy backgrounds, badge systems, micro-interaction like a dynamic arrow on a restaurant menu, and more.
