The Fox Club in Palm City, Florida
A real estate developer with nearly 40 years of experience, Michael Intoccia buys lots and constructs homes on the United States' east coast. He has connected his business pursuits and passion for golf in 2022. Michael Intoccia collaborated with the Cape Club and purchased the Fox Club, a golf course in Palm City, Florida.
The Fox Club combines challenging experiences, luxury amenities, and a convenient location. Roy Case designed the initial layout of the Fox Club in 1989, and Darren Clark and Eoghan O’Connell renovated it in 2017. A half-hour drive from the Palm City airport, the Club consists of 18 holes with multiple water features and a maximum tee distance of 7,000 yards. The on-site clubhouse provides guests spaces to dine and socialize and a venue for weddings or other special occasions.
Cape Club intends to update the Fox Club. It will alter its aesthetic to better align with the Cape Club courses in Falmouth and Sharon, Massachusetts. The Fox Club will feature white bunker sand to match the other two clubs, better paths for golf carts, and expanded training facilities. Most notably, the Cape Club will redesign the clubhouse by adding a back patio and altering the interior to improve guests’ social experiences. Work on the renovations began in July 2022, and the Cape Club expects to finish them by the end of 2022.
