Vietnamese Year of the Cat
The Tiger comes to hand over power to the Cat in the New Year. In my artwork, a cat is depicted gazing out the window on New Year's Eve. The Bitexco Tower embodies the South, the One Pillar Pagoda represents the North, and the Hoi An lanterns represent Central Vietnam. The environment outside combines classic and contemporary elements. A New Year's desire is that the nation will continue to innovate and grow while preserving its rich cultural heritage.
