A dead baby that has been brought back to life by a "Bomoh" or somebody who is familiar with black magic.
It's a mythical creature from Malaysia folklore, which well-known as strange superstition.

Bachuk is a lazy man, he was addicted to gambling and any money he had was squandered in the casino.
One day, he was searching a dusty old suitcase. Upon opening it, he found something looks like a corpse of baby. Suddenly, to his horror, the baby opened its red eyes and began speaking to him. He realized that it was a Toyol.

At the end of story, the Toyol attacked Bachuk and sucked every drop of blood from his body until he was nothing more than a withered and desiccated corpse.
