VERSOVA JANMASHTAMI, FASHION RALLY (MUMBAI) 2022
Versova is an upmarket neighbourhood in non-western Mumbai. The people who make Versova alive are the original inhabitants of '' Koli '' (fishermen community). They have their own cooperative society of Versova fishermen and every year they celebrate 'Janmashtami' also known as' Dahi Handi ' in a different way where they organise a traditional fashion rally , the whole fishermen koli people takes part in this rally by wearing colourful traditional cloths, dancing, music and many more things. this event is truly a showcase of Indian culture and festivals.
