The brief was to design the cover for a diet book entitled “What does 100 calories look like?”. The book will show a 100g quantity of various products, including cheese, jelly beans, or twix bars. Diets for most of the people are associated with purity and simplicity. For this reason I used simple, pictorial food icons composed with a clear typography. Everything is kept minimalist, to highlight the main theme.
