Autokleen, the leading European vehicle preparation specialists, had a problem.

 

Each individual vehicle valet job submitted required the original dealership to fill out a paper booking form detailing the make & model of the vehicle, registration, date & time, work required etc. That form was then passed to the company to book in the job. It was then picked up by the valeter to carry out the work, and finally passed to the admin team for processing. Timely, costly & messy.

 

The solution?

A linked interface combining a simple booking system, that takes no more than 30 seconds to book in a job, an interactive valet system that allows users to view the required work & log on/off for each vehicle and an admin panel that allows management to view all of the work & staff activities in real time.

 

I designed the UI/UX and provided the animations whilst working at WASP. I was also responsible for pitching the design to the companies main client, Charles Hurst.
