Different, because no one is the same. YZY Full Life, Rio Novo's new development, was created to be unique, exactly like the choice of future residents. Located in a region in great expansion of Porto Alegre, Brazil, it offers a complete infrastructure designed for those looking for a different lifestyle and the ease of being close to everything. In this project we participated in all stages, product development, architectural concept, strategy, naming, branding and communication. The briefing called for the creation of an exclusive, contemporary and youthful identity, which would generate identification with the target audience, making clear the constructive quality of the project, the construction company's trademark and for which it is recognized in the real estate market. Located close to PUCRS, a university region, YZY has in its name the concept of ease and practicality, complemented by Full Life, a signature that delivers the purpose of a development made for those who need everything, close and complete. To compose the brand system, the inspiration came from the pop culture of the focal public, music, fashion, architecture, night, routine. As a strategy, we used a vibrant shade of green associated with a simple symbol that generated an easy association, referring to the unique lifestyle, marking the city and the territory with a quick memorization icon. The tagline brings a provocation and translates what this project is: everything for you to happen. After all, if no one is the same, why living the same?

Diferente, porque ninguém é igual. O Yzy Full Life, novo empreendimento da Rio Novo, foi desenvolvido para ser único, exatamente como as escolhas dos futuros moradores. Localizado em uma região em pleno desenvolvimento de Porto Alegre, no Brasil, traz uma infraestrutura completa e pensada para quem busca um estilo de vida diferenciado e a facilidade de estar perto de tudo. Nesse projeto participamos de todas as etapas, desenvolvimento do produto, conceito arquitetônico, estratégia, naming, branding e comunicação. O briefing pedia a criação de uma identidade exclusiva, contemporânea e jovem, que gerasse identificação com o público-alvo, deixando claro a qualidade construtiva do empreendimento, marca registrada da construtora e pela qual é reconhecida no mercado imobiliário.

Localizado próximo a PUCRS, uma região universitária, o Yzy tem em seu nome o conceito de fácilidade e praticidade, sendo complementado pelo Full Life, uma assinatura que entrega o propósito de um empreendimento feito para quem precisa tudo, perto e completo. Para compor o sistema de marca a inspiração veio na cultura pop do público focal do empreendimento, música, moda, arquitetura, noite, rotina. Como estratégia, utilizamos um tom vibrante de verde associado a um símbolo simples e que gerasse fácil associação remetendo ao estilo de vida único marcando a cidade e o território com um ícone de rápida memorização. A tagline traz uma provocação e traduz o que esse projeto é: tudo para você acontecer. Afinal, se ninguém é igual, por que morar igual?
