"Only the Forgotten is New" is documentary film that also won the FEST Film Lap Award at the FEST Film Festival in Portugal.
The story is about my grandpa who experienced the second world war with hunger and the violence of his Nazi father in Germany. Now, 80 years later, Klaus wants to talk to his dead father through a written letter about deduction, abuse and three horrifying experiences that shaped the rest of his life.
