For the Dutch Water Authorities we made this animation as a cinematic launch for their new international 'one-stop shop'. 
This portal is used by international water authorities to combine and share their knowledge and strength. The animation was shown during 'Waterschapsdag' with guests like Yves Leterme (former prime minister Belgium) and minister Schultz van Haegen.
