Project goals
The main goal for the project was to get renders for planning permission purposes and in the future additional materials for marketing.
Suburbia Studio had the experience to work on such types of projects and even in this area before, so we were familiar with the environment and materials. The main reference for the environment were real photos from cite. We created everything based on drawings as the client didn't provide a model for this project.
The main specific of this project is usage of polychrome brickwork, a technique popularized in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, is characterized by the use of multiple colored bricks to create intricate patterns and designs in architectural facades. This vibrant and eye-catching style added a dynamic and visually appealing element to buildings, showcasing the craftsmanship and creativity of the era.
