One of the first projects of the bachelor in visual communication was the creation of a logo based on a character, in this case Eric Gill, a sculptor, engraver and an English character designer of the twentieth century. Known for its association with the Arts and Crafts movement. Gill is considered a rather infamous figure for his controversial stance on art which most often involved erotic images, despite his strong re- ligious views.

Through various phases of analysis and experimentation, I arrived at the creation of the final logo.
