Finger'z is a fast food chain project inspired by famous American restaurant chains. The challenge was to transform an old network of 6 restaurants under the same brand. Their common point : the fried food. The concept is based on food we can eat with fingers.
Often forbidden to young children for reasons of hygiene and etiquette, eating with your fingers is frowned upon. And yet it has virtues! Eating with your hands helps your digestion. Eh yes ! With touch, your brain perceives information from the food; hot, soft, stiff…If the food is affected, your brain can then prepare itself so that it is better ingested, but also better digested.
