Packaging Design
Packaging design for Greek wine, aplos.
To create the graphic, I used the scenery of Santorini in Greece. Since the architectures in this area are very distinctive compared with other cities, consumers can recognized the origin of the product instantly.
The simplicity of the architectures inspired me to draw the unique geometric illustration. The top of the bottle is sealed with blue wax to match with the color on the label. This is school project in Pratt institue.
Labels on red and white wine are connected, and will create a continuous scenery of Santorini when they stand next to each other.
* To do wax sealing. Using a pot for melting chocolate helps saving lots of time for melting wax.
When you melt it, don't stir wax. It will create bubbles on the surface.
