Progression through Collage
My series of collages is meant to be viewed as a comedic piece about college, while also serving as internally relatable to those who view it, especially to college students. It depicts the vibrant optimism you would feel when visiting or starting college, only to find yourself feeling like a machine, forced to constantly produce work and constrained by deadlines. Eventually it comes to a close and you graduate, though the real world you’re dropped into is only worse.
