A book inspired by dramatic plays
LIVROs by Amanda

LIVROs project is a collection of unpublished plays. The text of the authors for this project were inspired by biblical episodes, from which staged readings and performances were made. These authors sought to construct theatrical texts through writing residencies and experimentation, in which they shared ideas and narrative methods.Taking the religious theme as a starting point, our goal was to make the object close to the image of the bible, by using a minimalist cover.

Inside, different editorial structures were created depending on the type of text: poem, prose or play. The used images also make a direct connection to religious themes, in which each image was chosen related to the theme of the text.Regarding graphic elements two sets were created: the minimalist stars which are used mostly as graphic notes. For the second set, we used frames to highlight the most important points in the chosen images.

The choice of the blue color serves as a contrast to the darker tones that are normally used in a bible. To convey a more premium feeling this blue is used in a metallic tone.
