We designed this brand to give life to a boisterous and casual spot in which locals and strangers socialize to the rhythm of drinks and unexpected bites, becoming the epicurean heart of Polanquito.
The inspiration for this project, going through the name, storytelling and design, comes from the birds of the high seas that tirelessly explore each of its corners to later return to the mainland and share food and experiences.
This is how creativity and gastronomy merge to create a visual and hospitality system full of sophistication and inexhaustible spontaneity.
