From the beginning we focused on the tone and voice that best suited the brand: premium, bold and real. A brand that is more about solving problems, rather than just talking about them; more about bringing things down to earth, and delivering tangible, quality results.
Like the locksmith you call at two o'clock in the morning because you need someone you know is going to solve your problem. That's the brand. We did a values, market, competition, and tone research, we looked into everything, and the results revealed a complete and functional brand.
We touched base with them the other day, to check in, and see how things had been during these last months, and they were very happy.
