Each year, Altos de Chavon School of Design holds a competition for its Communication Design students to determine the school’s graduation poster. Drawing inspiration from Russian Suprematism, I constructed text using the most basic shapes: circle, square and triangle. The intended effect of this typographic approach is to show that even if thirty years have passed, the school continues to teach the building blocks of design to the next generation of designers.
