Biocim is a Scientific Research Group whose acronym stands for “Biomedical Circuits, Instrumentation and Measurement”. This integrates three main lines of research, energy harvesting in the human body, bioinstrumentation and electrical impedance.
The formula for this design concept was developed under a close relationship represented by professionalism, minimalism and quality. Thus generating a functional and timeless identity proposal, inspired by elements related to the biomedical area.
The logo seeks to reinterpret two elements: heartbeat and electrical circuits. We decided to design an isotope that would combine both ideas relating directly to the area involved. The entire identity is followed by a clean San Serif typeface, a neutral color palette, simple lines and diagrams, resulting in a visual system making it easy to recognize and reproduce, which thus favors its expansion in the digital universe.
