The book is dedicated to The Lonely Socks Assistance Center “Para Nepar” (rus. “pair of unpaired”). The book explains in detail the concept of the center and how it works.

The idea is based on a "sock" module. It can be easily transported and stacked with other modules in structures of varying levels of complexity.

Modules can be painted in the brand colors of the center as a solid color fill or pattern.

Each module has its own function. They can accommodate: a reception area, a laboratory, a workshop, places for dates, and a lecture hall as standard.

There is also an easy-to-carry minimal version and a complicated version for out-of-town placement.

The book contains many illustrations and explanations for a better perception of the information.
