This body of work was made for my Illustration Senior Thesis. Working on a 18 x 24" minimum surface, I collaged images from my photographic archive via traditional cut and paste techniques. After the collage was sealed and finished, I revisited the piece with gel pens and ink to further alter the reality and enhance certain portions of detail. Finally, the pieces were photographed and manipulated in photoshop. This series demonstrates the physical culmination of memory, and the distorted perception of reality and comfort in the concept of "home".
