D E S C R I P T I O N
Galactic Energy Ventures is a venture capital company based in South Africa that was born with not-so-modest goals. Among them, one stands out: solving the problem of access to electricity that more than 600 million Africans, between 18 and 35 years old, face. According to the founder, Siyabulela Xuza, the key to the solution lies in investing in new, more affordable, and efficient energy solutions that will transform homes into personal power plants.

To make the values of a simple and modern brand tangible with an ambitious challenge: to promote a true energy revolution. A project that seeks to be inspiring and light, without pulling out of the sobriety and formality that a brand in this segment needs.
R E S U L T S
Inspired by "Energy" and "Star" I arrived at the ideation of signs that convey and represent this concept well. The result tries to provoke an inspiring look to the future, uniting the impossible and the untouchable, but synthesizing what moves us. And so, the symbol and graphic were born with the mention of Galactic's main energy source, the Sun. An identity that connects with the brand's purpose: to inspire, provoke a look to the future, and reference the main element of life: energy.
From the symbol to the typography, colors, and photography, everything was designed from the ground up to build a solid brand, which makes millionaire fundraising become a global leader in energy technology for emerging countries.
