Harrison Peters has a master’s in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and he completed a specialist’s degree in school transformation through the University of South Florida. He has served in various administration roles for large school districts, and through his experiences identified the need for better leadership support. Peters co-founded Men of Color in Educational Leadership (MCEL) to address this need, serving as CEO of the organization.
