Against the backdrop of a large flow of information and the shift of communication to messengers, users expect companies to interact quickly and provide open, simple responses to inquiries. Stickers are the tool that can help businesses meet this expectation.
We created a library of branded stickers for Rostelecom's support chats. The task was to develop a universal set of stickers that could also be used as a souvenir sticker pack.
We created a semantic and visual concept, prepared a printed pack and a library of digital stickers based on it. Plots and positive images convey the diversity of the technology and get to the heart of the company's core messages. They also convey Rostelecom's core values: manufacturability, innovation, customer focus and the greatness of the company's products.
The theme stickers are designed in modern and stylish 3D graphics with additional line art illustrations to make the communication more lively and informal.
