Augmented Reality Projects for Kindergarteners
As a part of my summer research internship (May-July, 2018) at IIT Guwahati's UE-HCI labs (Usability Engineering and Human Computer Interaction), I worked with Prof. Pradeep Yammiyavar on two applications that use augmented reality to enhance the learning experience for kindergarten students.
I worked on 2 projects:
1. An alphabet learning app that shows AR objects (corresponding to the alphabet) on the device over an image of the letter
2. A shape formation application that allows students to stand as vertices of a shape and the shape is formed in AR on the device.
