About the art:

A short e-poem I put together to show the uncertainty of the transitionary phase from childhood to adulthood. It aims to highlight the juxtaposition with which the artist (me!) views both 'worlds'. Childhood is comforting, but plain. Dull. Like negatives of long lost pictures, and longer forgotten memories. Like the old tune that your mother used to hum. It's black and white, but eventually what the artist finds solace in amongst the bright- attractive, yet terrifying- future.

About the software:

I used the 'Animation Assist' feature in Procreate. Procreate isn't very powerful when it comes to animations, so this one was put together in bits, and pieces. Hopefully I will be moving on to more advanced software sooner :).
