مكتب هندسي يقدم تصاميم عصرية, تم إنشاؤه من قبل مهندس معماري شاب و مبدع. الأمر المميز في هذه العلامة التجارية هو رغبتهم في مركزة انفسهم في السوق على انهم وجهة "للطبقة المخملية" للحصول على تصاميم مميزة, عصرية, وفاخرة في نفس الوقت

the "t" letter was ment to be the most unique one, so it can be the brand's main landmark. This decision also has a strategic point of view, which is giving the brand more flexibility since they'll have lots of marketing and in-house materials
تم تصميم حرف "التي" الإنجليزي ليكون اكثر الحروف تميزاً, وهذا ليصبح المعلم الرئيسي للعلامة التجارية. كما ان هذا القرار كان له جانب اخر استراتيجي, وهو لإعطاء العلامة التجارية بعض المرونة كونها ستمتلك الكثير من المواد الإعلانية داخل و خارج الشركة.

هذا الخط هو احد الخطوط المعروفة بشكل جيد, وهو معروف بكونه خط انيق, فاخر, و حديث. بالإضافة الى ان خطاً معروفاً كهذا سيعطي علامة تجارية جديدة كهذه بعض الثقة
