ABOUT
The main idea when creating this residence, as well as the entire ecopolis ESSENCE, was the harmonious integration of architecture into the surrounding landscape. It was also important for us to create a private courtyard for a secluded outdoor recreation.
Главной идеей при создании этой резиденции, а также всего экополиса ЭССЕНС, была гармоничная интеграция архитектуры в окружающий ландшафт. Также для нас было важным создать приватный внутренний двор для уединенного отдыха на свежем воздухе.
CONCEPT
Also, an important role is played by a large amount of panoramic glazing aimed exclusively at the private area. We made it above the road level, thereby opening a beautiful view towards the stream. At the same time, due to the height, we eliminated the possibility of "peeping" into the windows from the side of the road, thereby creating the necessary level of privacy and comfort for the residents of the residence.
Также, важную роль играет большое количество панорамного остекления, направленного исключительно на приватную зону. Мы сделали его выше уровня дороги, тем самым открыв красивый вид в сторону ручья. При этом за счет высоты мы исключили возможность «подглядывания» в окна со стороны дороги, создав тем самым необходимый уровень приватности и комфорта для обитателей резиденции.
ARCHITECTURE
In the decoration we used honest and natural materials: wood, which reflect the eco-friendly concept of the whole village. Most of the facade consists of structural glazing on concealed aluminum profiles. Glazing height measures in at 3.0 m on the first floor and 1,8 m on the second.
В отделке использованы честные и натуральные материалы: ригельный кирпич, дерево, которые отражают экологическую концепцию всего поселка. Большая часть фасада состоит из структурного остекления на скрытых алюминиевых профилях. Высота остекления составляет 3,0 м на первом этаже и 1,8 м на втором.

Главной идеей этого проекта стала его натуральность и интеграция в окружающую среду. Поэтому в гостиной зоне мы решили применить каменные слэбы, которые создают неповторимый вау-эффект. Такой прием придает интерьеру некую брутальность и монументальность, и, при этом продолжает экологичную концепцию экополиса в целом.

Панорамные окна с видом на внутренний двор добавляют интерьеру ярких красок, визуально обеспечивают больше пространства и естественного освещения. А бежево-коричневая гамма в тон природных ландшафтов и дикой природы добавляет интерьеру мягкости и умиротворения. Благодаря таким решениям единение с природой будет безграничным.
