A teaser video was sent to all employees, aiming to build 
anticipation and reveal the date of the upcoming event.


800+ employees were professionally photographed. Their photos were used as essential branding elements throughout the experience to ensure a high level of relevance and involvement. They did not know why they were being photographed... 

A personalized invitation was sent to all employees with their pictures, but with a twist.


We sent invitations randomly to employees and asked them to try to deliver invitations to the person in the picture, and use the SODIC LinkedIn page to find each other.

This post garnered the most engagement on the company's LinkedIn page!


Identity, values, and brand topics were covered in fun, interactive, and educational segments throughout the whole event.


Upon returning to the office, employees were greeted by branding reminding 
them of their spirit and essence.


An enjoyable and playful survey matched each employee with the value he represents!
