ES Club deportivo FAS es el Club más grande de El Salvador. Los fichajes del club para el torneo apertura 2022 fueron muy buenos y variados, entre ellos destaca el jugador mexicano Luis Ángel Mendoza, apodado "Quick Mendoza" jugador con mucha trayectoria en el fútbol mexicano y dispuesto a dejar huella en el fútbol salvadoreño con Club Deportivo FAS. El Club decidió realizar un póster ilustrado para el deleite de los aficionados, ilustración que se me fue encomendada y que posteriormente sería impresa en formato tabloide para comercializarla en un tiraje de 100 ejemplares como edición limitada; el jugador firmará a mano cada uno de los pósteres lo que le da un valor agregado a las piezas, siendo estas las primeras 100 ediciones limitadas, posteriormente el club decidirá si es conveniente realizar un nuevo tiraje.

Personalmente, fue un reto representar al jugador y utilizar los colores azul y rojo estrictamente en la ilustración; colores pedidos por el club y que forman parte de su identidad. A continuación muestro el paso a paso de la ilustración, desde la selección de los bocetos y composición, hasta la finalización de la misma y su montaje para la comercialización.

EN Club Deportivo FAS is the greatest club in El Salvador. The club's signings for the 2022 opening tournament were very good and varied, including the Mexican player Luis Angel Mendoza, nicknamed "Quick Mendoza" player with a long career in Mexican soccer and ready to leave his mark in Salvadoran soccer with Club Deportivo FAS. The Club decided to make an illustrated poster for the delight of the fans, illustration that was entrusted to me and that later would be printed in tabloid format to be marketed in a run of 100 copies as a limited edition; the player will hand sign each of the posters which gives an added value to the pieces, being these the first 100 limited editions, later the club will decide if it is convenient to make a new run.

Personally, it was a challenge to represent the player and use the colors blue and red strictly in the illustration; colors requested by the club and that are part of its identity. Below I show the step by step of the illustration, from the selection of the sketches and composition, to the finalization of the illustration and its assembly for commercialization.
