Made this this design on the 21st of March, World Down Syndrome Day, in one hour, using resources from Freepik and inspired by the Down Syndrome ribbon.
And about Down Syndrome, it's a genetic disorder, resulting from trisomy of chromosome 21 (they have 3 instead of normal 2), named after John Langdon Down, the British physician who described it. The number of people with Down Syndrome is estimated to be about 1 in 1000 live births worldwide, and every individual with Down Syndrome is a special case, needing his own special care.
So next time you meet a child with Down syndrome, say "Hi" to them and remember this design.
