Design book jackets for a conceptually cohesive series of four books from the Penguin Classics series.
SOLUTION
The Portrait of a Heroine book series is made up of four books: Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, The Secret Garden, Who Would Have Thought It? and Cold Comfort Farm. This series was created with distinguished heroines that young women in middle school and early high school could look up to. Within the four books each heroine is faced with many difficult circumstances and choices, while also dealing with the hardships of growing up. The color, silhouettes and typography emphasize the idea that young women should be the heroine of their own story and that their hardships can be overcome.
