The idea of learning about the East Tyrol region through play has occupied Gertrud Mair for a long time. During her training she became interested in learning through play, its methodology and didactics. The idea was to make the discovery of the region with its special features a delightful adventure for residents, immigrants and holiday guests.
This is how she developed „Fräulein Mair. Find your way in East Tyrol.“ — a game that explains the political region and at the same time does not disregard global or European connections, an East Tyrol game for citizens of the world, and then came to us with her design idea. We enthusiastically designed East Tyrol‘s first board game for all age groups, from the game piece to the map.
