Popup book was one of many early experimental school projects which challenged our imagination in
3-dimensional space and showed us some of the endless possibilities of working with paper and how it would behave in different positions. The task was to create 3D paper objects between pages, which are able to fold themselves in a flat form when closed. It could be anything specific from simple objects and characters to some more complex and abstract structures using various folding principles.
