I took a piece of MDF, put some gesso on it and i took some Acrilic paint. Wanted to do some fantasy characters, so, i began with this one. 

 

First step, pencil and the base color, in this case a Burnt Siena.

A this point the base layer of burnt siena is ready, so it's time to put some color in!

Base color. I wanted a scene in a scorched land, fire, smoke. A lot of red & black here. 

Ok. Here more details ready. Later a new coat of black to make the shadows and volumes more rich.

Finally, i'm done! or i think i am xD With this kind of things, it's more a matter of knowing to "let go" ;)
