Route Ahead was a consumer engagement campaign for Calgary Transit aimed at gaining feedback, ideas, opinions and suggestions from the community. The bus was launched with nothing on it but a decal that read: It's your transit, tell us where you want to go. Suggestions were written on decals that became the graphics for the bus so that the actual bus became a literal feedback vehicle. The feedback was incredible and became a major informing piece to the 30-year transit plan.
