Final piece. It's Saturday night, I'm at home sick, perfect date night with Illustrator.

Hair was created using stroke width profiles and patience. The neck and shoulder use gradient meshes; the facial skin uses gradient filled shapes with about a 30px blur applied. All was drawn with the pen tool.
