Universal Script Poster Series

Poster design about the idea of accessibility through Unicode especially for communities that use the non-latin scripts in their writing system. It gives global access to the scripts for everyone to use for a better exchange of written language. This project focused on the poetic research method, with haiku, music, Unicode table, pattern, and typography explorations.

The second poster uses some of the code from the Unicode charts of the Roman Alphabets, playing around the idea of accessibility through Unicode

The writings on the posters are taken from Unicode’s official statement, ‘Designing Universal Knowledge’ by Gerlinde Schuler, ‘The Elements of Typographic Style’ by Robert Bringhurst, and my self reflection throughout the project.
