Sardinha – real estate, was born from a dream that had been idealized for a long time and by being a project so close to us,
gave us the possibility of designing it with some freedom, which can sometimes be a challenge.
We looked for some joviality and relaxation in the speech, reducing the distance between the buyer and seller. We bet on a simple but dynamic visual language, punctuated by vibrant cores that complement each other and give a charismatic expression to the brand. Inspired by the local tile heritage, the graphics were illustrated by modular pieces suggesting something that is under construction: a house that is being build, a dream that is being constructed.
